My work at the Driftwood Spars

The Driftwood Spars is a 4 star brewpub and B&B in St Agnes Cornwall (my home town). The large venue means the location is in high demand for a range of events such as weddings, charity evenings, and seasonal celebrations, many of which I was in attendance for as a motivated and transferable member of the team.

During my time at the Driftwood Spars I was asked to become the social media manager, updating socials such as Instagram and Facebook frequently. This was an amazing opportunity for me to showcase my skills in relation to SM marketing in order to engage the businesses current and new customers. To ensure my role was carried out to a high standard I worked with other key team members such as the head chef and wedding co-ordinator, to ensure essential and recurrent updates were being communicated. I then turned this information into captivating content using my own photography, infographic and literary skills. Examples of my work are show:
